does "ROM Base: Global" ROMs have this feature?

does the global base roms of xiaomi.eu has the "import" button on themes app? or any differences between China base and Global base? can someone with knowledge explain please

Global app Themes do not have the feature/option to install an "mtz" file.
If you are asking about the difference between a xiaomi.eu ROM created from a Global or Chinese base, you won't know the difference. Both versions use the Chinese "theme" app

yeah that was what i meant. just to clarify, i will get the chinese themes app if i install a xiaomi.eu rom thats global base right?

All xiaomi.eu ROMs are built on a Chinese basis, only if there is no Chinese ROM for the device, a global ROM will be used as a basis.

ik and there is no chinese rom for my device so its based on global rom. what i am asking is will my device have chinese features or chinese theme app?
