Did the new weekly added new Emoji and why are they just in WhatsApp?

This may sound a little weird at first so let me explain: Since the new weekly i got new emojis on my gboard when opened in WhatsApp. They're the normal google ones in any other app. Is that a feature from xiaomi.eu? Is it a bug? Why just in WhatsApp? I hope this thread is in the right place tho, please tell me if not

Hi, it's google as added the emoji but Miui 12 don't "accept" this emojis for the moments
