Crash Com.android.phone On 5.12.10

i have problem with the latest release of miui... If i setup the mi account the process com.android.phone crashes and i shoult to factory reset the phone. Without the mi account activated the note pro works fine... Any suggestion?

Solved the problem with com.process.phone but now mi cloud clashes during setup... And the first setup stay in loop. The last working step is find my phone... The next windows not appear due to the clash of mi cloud app.

The problem is not present if i set the English as default language... (If set italian yes)
