COVID19 information missing

I am running the EU Rom 12.1.3 on a Xiaomi MI 10 Pro (and am using dual SIMs fine).

On my OnePlus 8Pro when I enter COVID in the search field within settings I am getting the COVID19 information on the phone.

When I do the same on the MI10Pro I am getting nothing aka not found.

Am I doing something wrong or why is this?
I am using the COVID19 application of Germany in Germany.

You are comparing an MIUI-based device to OnePlus? Why?
In any case, custom settings from third-party apps are not supported in MIUI as far as I know.

Actually I am not comparing, I am using a MI10Pro. The previous phone is/was the OnePlus.

These settings from the German Corona Apps have been taken by Google and have been put into Android itself.
This is why you can only can get it the the Android system settings asking for COVID. This values can not be gotten
via the app itself.
This will prevent me from using the part of the app telling me how many corona risk checks it did during the last
14 days.

Many things are being taken by Google and put into Android, it doesn't mean that MIUI will display them.
For example, Digital Wellbeing, when installed, can only be accessed from Settings. However, on MIUI this setting is hidden if the ROM is set as China ROM.
In our case we use MIUI's Screen time instead of Wellbeing, and keep Digital Wellbeing setting hidden, like on China ROM.
So it's not all that simple as you think.
But do mention what app you're referring to and I'll take a look.

That app clearly has a LAUNCHER activity, which means it places an icon on the home screen/app drawer. So, what's the problem?

My question was not around the icon or launcher of the app, but what data will be available after installation.
This will be important COVID19 information related the holder of the phone.
In my Pixel 4 and my OnePlus 8 Pro this information can be seen by searching for "COVID" within settings. It can NOT be seen by
using just the app.
This is what I wanted to get at with my question.

This information is not available on my MI10Pro.

You click on "Einstellungen" then scroll down to "Google" and click on it, it will display the Covid-19 option you were looking for, click on it to display the information (see attached images).
You cannot find this by searching by utilizing the search field in the MIUI Settings App, at least it is this way on my Mi Mix 2s and Mi 8 lite.
