Connect Mijia Dafang Smart Home Camera Via Browser

Hi, after some problems at Setup (connect to unsecure Network, Update Device, reconnect to secure network) the Camera is running and has a really good Picture. Is it possible to connect the Cam outside the App (via Web-Browser etc.)? How?
