China app vault on global ROM

Hello guys. I've a really good question here. Is it possible to install the marvelous China app vault on global ROM without root or having to install a whole new custom ROM?

Probably impossible without modifications. Even if you could, it would only be the original APK, and if you did manage to install the original Chinese APK, you wouldn't like what you'll see. We heavily patch the App vault on our ROMs to be usable for non-Chinese users.
