Can't update the ROM

Hey guys, I received the update 8.11.15 for my MiPad 4 today. For some reason, I can't install the update. If I want to install the update through the Update App it just reboots the system without installing anything. When I try to install it through the recovery it does not work because there's no option for it. Do you know what's the issue?

From the OP(1st post):

Installation via TWRP:
- Download zip to internal storage
- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery
- Install - Select zip
- Reboot
- Done

What does

- Updater - Menu (...) - Reboot to Recovery

mean? What's "Updater"?


When I try to install TWRP, following the instructions, at the step when I enter "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" it just says "< waiting for device >". My Mi Pad has the Fastboot screen on but nothing happens.

Is the USB of the computer a 3.0 type? If yes, use a hub to transform to 2.0
