Can't find Play Store app in MI Market

Hi all, I'm a new Mi2s owner (I've bought mine from Ibuygou), and I have a question: I was looking for the Play Store app in MI market, but I can't find it. Should I have to flash MiuiAndroid rom (the phone came with chinese rom) to solve this issue?
I hope this is not a FAQ...

Very helpful answer indeed, but it seems they removed it, can only find other Google Apps if I search other markets

Mi Market is full of cracked apps and warez.. we removed that Market for protect our users...
