Are google carrier services pre-installed.

Hello everyone, and hello rom team (thanks for the great rom)

I was just wondering if google carrier services are part of this rom, recently I got an update for it and was wondering if I should remove it, as i might have installed it when trying to fix rcs, thanks

Uninstalling them just gives me a "update" button, so I assume it comes pre-installed?
