Any way to backup settings before ROM install?

I´m guessing that by installing this custom ROM I´m gonna get a clean install, is there any specific way to backup all my settings before doing this?

Will a standar google backup just get it done?

You should not restore settings from a stock ROM, this will only mess up your device.
