I'm waiting for them to verify my MI ID and give permission to flash it in edl mode in xiaomi flash tool. At this moment I dont have authorization to flash it back to life

Don't know. The phone is totally dead, no fastboot, no led, no recovery, no nothing. All happens is the phone gets recognized as a qualcom device 9008 and I need to flash it with xiaomi flash tool but This windows appears adn I ont have authorization.In russian forum they have a way to unbrick the phones. lets hope they can help. I Have sent some emails to xiaomi costumer centers but they are soo ignorante...

You should be fine since it's the same ROM version. Both are 8.7.12. if you find it risky, wait for next week and flash xiaomi.eu 8.7.26

Hi, I am on 8.7.12 ******** which is based on xiaomi.eu. Now, trying to flash the 8.7.26, TWRP tells me, that System is readonly and has unmodified System partition. Even if I go to "swipe to Allow Modifications", no storage is mounted. It seems, this is effected by the anti rollback "feature" and so should hit any RMN5 user trying go higher from 8.7.12.

Is there a solution? I am afraid to brick it...

You can't see your storage because it's encrypted by default.
Easier way to flash the xiaomi.eu ROM is with a usb stick with the ROM in it
