Ads Pop Up Out Of Nowhere!

Redmi 3 with a custom (unofficial) international rom frequently shows ads everywhere (Facebook, Youtube, Messenger, Skype, Browser, Games) Even in the homescreen, Is there any solution? Is it because of the rom or what?
I can't use the chinese version ATM!
