Vibration stopped working on the latest release. I checked all the settings, tried a clean install and a factory reset. Still doesn't work.
I installed a few hardware test apps and a vibration app - but it still doesn't work.
The CIT test doesn't do anything, here's what I get:

also when searching for "vibration" on the miui forums you get quite a lot of results so I'm guessing this is common for many people with different phones
