Hello community,
I have a problem and hope that somebody can help me.
I bought a 14 Ultra CHINA Version.
I paid someone to flash it to another firmware (bootloader remaining locked).
Currently, I'm running HyperOS 2.0.103.0.VNATWXM.
The firmware is running stable, other than a few problems with notifications and gpay not working.
But that's not the BIG problem I have.
It happens VERY VERY often that my MICROPHONE STOPS WORKING.
It is NOT a HARDWARE FAILURE, it has something to do with CELL RECEPTION.
I put 3 phones side by side (Xiaomi 11 Ultra, Xiaomi 14 Pro and my Xiaomi 14 Ultra), and my got the worst reception every time.
In places where, with my old phone, I have excellent reception, now I have only 1–2 bars.
I noticed that when the Wi-Fi or LTE/5G reception is too weak, it turns off my microphone.
I can then just end the call and call again, and it works again, or I change my position (walk around) and it enables itself.
So it is really a Software/Firmware issue.
Maybe someone has the same problem or knows how to fix it.
It is starting really to annoy me that I have to call someone 10 times for a 1minute call.
Thank you all
