mi5s network problem

Hi, I have a problem with my mi 5s. When i ran out of battery then charged and open it both networks signals disappear(ı use 2 simcard).Also if i am passing a signal weak place again this problem happens.I power off and power on my phone several times but didn't help. i tried manual network...
