So I presume you're still with original chinese rom...You will need to format data partition and doing so you'll loose all your data/apps. You have to do this because you are coming from a chinese rom.

No need to erase user and app data to upgrade weekly rom. See procedure in first post to flash new rom. Includes Miui dialer and contacts.

No major problems here with AOD or any others features apart from netflix, So far. Its working fine here. Mind you I didn't install first build. And I have a customized AOD picture. Just noticed a flicker when shutting down screen, being via power button or long pressing home button.

Updated via OTA. All good but so far had to re-give permissions to a couple of apps.

I'm using english language. I always use rotate off and never seen the icon on status bar. as for other icons they all show up.

I managed to use the keyboard straightaway but even tough i restored data from backup all apps/data was gone. Tried second time with same steps and this time had bootloop so I think this update is not for me. Thanks anyway

Yes. wipe both. Same phone both rooted with magisk 16...yours worked mine not really. don't know what else could interfere with a dirt flash!!!

is your mix2 rooted? tried with all previous versions (8.3.22 up) and always boot loop. Even after removing magisk still the same :mad::mad::mad:. Don't want to format data and start from scratch...f*** that.

if you mean creating a folder with several icons in it I don't have a problem with that.

Just done this update all looks good except the charging sound. Have the charging sounds off in "sound & vibration" settings but still the sound is there every time I connect/disconnect the charger. No big deal. Thank you team.
