New Mi2 call blocker - can't disable blocking, can't accept calls

Well, I think I'm in a pickle here. I enabled call blocking before I upgraded to 4.12.5. Tried to-remove the blocking, but the call blocker app force-closes when I go into the settings. Tried to clear data, but didn't help. I would definitely not prefer a full system reset and half a day's worth...
