It's not impossible but it is hard. Xiaomi sets a daily limit on how many people can request an unlock. My guess is they only allow probably 5 to 10 people per day and there are thousands of people trying to unlock theirs. So it's a matter of who's faster. The unlock limit is reset every 00:00...

I was able to sort this out by extracting the MiMediaEditor.apk from the XUANYUAN ROM and installing it manually.

I know. I came from s21 Ultra and upgraded to Xiaomi 15 and this isn't happening on my Samsung phone back then. But I'm not sure if it is a GMail issue or a Xiaomi issue because I can fix it thru settings. It's probably just some incompatibility on how they handle push notifications.

I experienced this even on Stock Xiaomi ROM. What I did to fix this is open GMail->Settings-><email account>->Inbox notifications then check "Notify for every message"

Can you guys please update Xiaomi 15(dada) too? I'm using the ROM but the built in editor is broken. I wanted to use it to edit my LOG videos that I recorded recently as it has built in LUT Rec. 709 filter. I hope you can update it soon. Or at the very least share the fixed editor. Thank you!
