    Stuck on 1.0.14.0 UNCEUXM firmware. Can't update via OTA or manual package

    Hi, thanks for your help! I have this problem too, I'm stuck on Android patch 14 UKQ1 230804 001 HyperOS 1.0. 14.0 UNCEUXM patch January 2024, I live in Italy! How do I know which update to download? I think I'm Eur or global. I attach a screenshot, we are in February 2025.
