    This is a known issue with chinese rom, delayed notifications, use a paid service and unlock the bootloader, flash global or xiaomi eu, you won't get this issue

    Yes xiaomi eu on my chinese 14 ultra, you can google ncunlock on google, they have their website, you need to pay for unlocking the bootloader, you can ask them to flash xiaomi eu for you.
