And also try another cable ou via a usb hub.. I had the same problem, it would recognize via adb but not fastboot. I tought the cable would not be an issue because I was using a high quality 60w rated one.. But trying with another made it work.

I've upgraded my 12.5 to 13 and was worried about the wireless charging problems, but it works just fine for me. I´ve used multiple pads, power banks, etc, they all work just fine for me.
