After update you can still enter recovery thru reboot menu (cmi); no need for otg... For stable - I think - we don´t have the patched kernel like in the weekly builds...

Nope, the new update doesn't overwrite your old twrp... You can still enter your recovery after the Update.

There are still a few in-app lags (memory issue?), but for me, only annoying issue are broken notifications for some apps (because auf A11 incombatibility)...

My reply was intented for @MrHugelberg He wrote about full gesture stopped working - I faced same problem and solved it by un-installing "lawnchair"; also some lags were gone...

Let me guess - you´re using a third party launcher? There are some launcher out there, not compatible with Android 11, that causes some problems you described... Also there are some apps that aren´t fully compatible with Android 11 yet... First I would try the original launcher and look if some...
