    New App notifications on lock screen missing

    Im using RN4X with miui 10 stable release and I cant make app notifications appear on my lock screen. Show all notification is selected in settings, I even went to 'App Notifications' under 'Notifications and status bar' and enabled notification for app there but still nothing.
