As far as I know this is not done easily. You would have to flash it with a modified rom or at least some kind of patch files with the rom to remove the forced device encryption. I would try looking for help at xda forum

He could have known more than I did. After all, he knew that the error is caused by ARCore and not the ROM. So I thought it would be worth asking for more information.
