I am not expert, but better network signal = better battery life always. Perhaps is not that perceptible. You can try changing between options and check the signal strength (minor number better)

Reporting error with camera on xiaomi mi 8. When active flash take first photo ok, the second photo flash turn on and doesnt turn off. It keeps on and no photo taken.

Facing new problem on mi8 with battery comsuption. It never deep sleep. Always awake while screen off.

You have to download fastboot rom (china or global), the fastboot is about 2gb+. Before yoy click on flash there are 3 options in the bottom of the screen. Do not select the lock one.

Yes, 15 minutes is to much. Better go back to TWRP and flash only the rom first. Normally boot takes around 5 minutes. If nothing works you can use MiFlash to flash Fastboot china or global, remember to do not lock the bootload while doing it.

First, I was on stable china. Then I install this rom via TWRP, and device stick at bootloading. So I go back to TWRP and did a format data, type 'yes'. Then reboot to TWRP, pass the rom file again from my Pc, and install it again. Everything works good. Very happy with xiaomi.eu rom. No lags...
