This seems to be an issue with the Xiaomi servers. You are not alone with this issue. xda-developer thread to this issue The only thing, at the moment, could be to create a new account with US region settings. I did so yesterday, but have to wait again 168 hours.- yetihai

On mine safetynet passed. Try to delete all data from google playstore and google play services. This fixed my issues with google pay a few weeks ago. -

Just wanted to flash 12.5 fix on umi. TWRP asked for password to decrypt data partition. That's the first time TWRP asked for PW, don't have any password entered before. Anyone a clue what PW is required? TWRP version is 3.5.0_10|MB|-v1.0
