Redmi note 5 lte band 20 problem

Am new here, sorry if I post wrongly, a friend bought me redmi note 5 from India but unfortunately it could not peek LTE band 20 in my country, pls does eu rom support lte band 20 and is it possible to migrate from Miui Global Stable 9.5.12.0 (NEGMIFA) India to eu rom?. thanks...
