I don't see PocoF1 ROM.

The Explore grid only has 3 columns, I think it will be more efficient if 4 columns. The Browser doesn't have refres and share option. It also only has 3 columns icon.

You need to flash modded boot.img first. You could use feds64 TWRP from en.miui.com, he made the batch file.

I don't think so. Your phone must UBL, flash TWRP to Recovery and flash the ROM using TWRP.
