So as the tittle says, the system just randomly freezes and stutters without even doing much, especially laggy and delayed when opening the quick settings dropdown menu, and when starting recording video at 4k30/60 for the first time in a while, the Os freezes up for 10 seconds, then it's ok...

The title says it. When i boot in either, when i enter my lockscreen pin, it says it can't decrypt the phone. Is there a fix to this, besides factory resetting?
