Phone bricked after deleting locksettings.db

I have update to the WEEKLY 20.11.11 verision of xiaomi.eu rom and my fingerprint scanner stops working. Afterwards I followed the advice from here and deleted my locksettings.db, now my phone is stuck on the lockscreen page with no way to reboot. Is there any way I can maybe reboot the device...
