Unlocked and rooted, how to do a factory reset (or refurbish) to start anew ?

This summer, I was in italy (vacation from CH), and I bought a second hand RN7 for my parents (84 & 89 years), unlocked it (officially), installed TWRP + OrangeFox (to make backups) , tried PixelExperience and went back to MIUI ... before my parents (my mother) said "no thank you" ! Don't worry...
