Google apps not working on a Redmi Note 4

Hello All, since MIUI has been updated to the 10.2 version i'm not able to open Google Play Store or doing backups to the Google Drive. I've removed the data/cache of all the existing Google apps and also tried to remove the Google account from my phone but it even doesnt allow me to sign in...
