My 4c Cannot Flash In 3rd-party Roms

I unlocked my bootloader and used fastboot oem device-info to confirm that I unlocked Firstly I flashed in a TWRP Rec fastboot flash recovery ..../twrp.img fastboot boot twrp.img And successfully boot into rec. Then I tried to install the ROM. After flashing it stuck on the Mi Logo every time...
