Cannot Do Anything
Using MIUI 7.2.16. Cannot upgrade, cannot downgrade, cannot get into recovery mode, cannot factory reset. Any ideas?- Sabol

Factory Reset
I need to do a factory reset and I have a question If I backup my data using the Backup app, do I need to save the backup file on my PC and then copy it back after reset or can I backup the data, do the reset and the file will still be on my phone?- Sabol
