try this one, this was from the pad 6 and pad6 pro if i remember correct, i tried to extract it directly from the ROM but didnt really work. Then i looked for pad 5 pro 12.4 specific settings.apk in the 123pan archive but seems like it redirects to the Pad 6/6 Pro...

Cant you just go on the official Xiaomi page and go on forget password? Try all the e-mail addresses you got, maybe per chance it will be one of them. Dont remember if adding an email-address was mandatory but the option is there to reset it.

yeah theres not really a way to hide these apps from the play store without root. i use zygisk-detach and detach the browser, same as the mi music and video

when you start the phone, is there an open lock symbol showing up? should be above the MI Logo
