Yes this! Seems you have merged partitions :)

Have you Mi2s? If yes, you can see it going into the menu memory: if there are two data storages, the first for apps and the second one for multimedial files, you don't have merged partitions. Instead, if you have one olny data storage you have merfed partitions

Yes, follow this steps: 1) Download latest sMiui Aroma zip version and put it in storage 2) Download English language for cwm recovery (signed_recovery_6.0.5_NEW_Partition_with_aboot.zip) and put it in storage 3) Open cwm in chinese ( _______recovery.zip) and extract the files in the adb folder...

Here there is the CWM chinese (and the translate from chinese to english) for merged partitions. If you know what's adb and fastboot, you shouldn't have problem to flash it: http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/rom-ivans-aosp-lollipop-5-1-cm12-1.27413/page-15#post-245940

Well there are CWM or twrp. Unfortunately both custom recovery is being replace after every flash of Miui, sMiui aroma and normal.. So for every release, you've to flash first a custom recovery, than you can install sMiui Aroma. Obviously as soon as you reboot and so boot into the system...

If U want to install sMiui with Aroma, you've to flash it only via custom recovery and not with Updater or Mirecovery. If you want to flash Normal version, you can use Updater app

Uhm... No, but may I understood: all cores are active only if I stay in performance mode, right?

[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

In my Mi2s too happens the same thing.. "Device or resource busy", and after some minutes the installation starts.. But I noticed that if in Aroma I select "quad core no limits of clock", 2 of the 4 cores are in any case stopped and can't be activated and there is no limit of clock. Why the 2...

Simply download the zip file "normal" for your device, open "Updater" app, than click on the circle with three dots up and right on display, now on the menu click on select pack to update, and select the zip you've downloaded. After finished, reboot :)

Yes sorry I mean fastboot :D however, is there a TWRP which supports merged partitions?

But if it's so, why there is Aroma version? It can be only flashed using CWM or a custom recovery, but after flash the rom overwrite the Mirecovery.. Have we to flash cwm using adb every time?

[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

I've tried, before flashing, the command fastboot oem unlock: Mirecovery overwrites cwm.. I think it's because sMiui is based on Miui Multi which always install Mirecovery

[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

I've flashed CWM and than sMiui on system 1 and system 2; however as I reboot on recovery, CWM "disappear" and "reappear" that fastidious and hateful Mirecovery...

[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

The second one.. sMiui relplaces the custom recovery with Mirecovery :(

You shouldn't say sorry, you've "sacrificed" your Mi2 developing a custom recovery for this sMiui.. I think it's a great action! I'm sorry for your device.. However, great job!

I converted as system app Cerberus using the app "Link2sd", you can find it on play store. After installed, open the app, scroll on Cerberus, then press it until opens a menu, and select "convert as system app". Reboot and that's all! Obviously you've to repeat the process after every flash of...

Wrong something for example? I follow the procedure: with root explorer, I copy the apk "framework-res.apk", then I go on system-framework and overwrite: after that the root explorer crash and I can't open anymore; so reboot the device and then it stops at the logo Mi.. Edit: now, for some...
