    This is strange, an other user have been tested with no problem...the touch recovery on my hong mi TD don't wipe IMEI..

    An user report the CWM touch wcdma wipes the IMEI, in your test the recovery have wiped the IMEI?

    Try rebooting the computer and change usb port...important, the phone is in debug usb mode? you can activate in developer option. Help from other user was really good, the recovery is for all, so please help, the instructions are very simple :)

    Understanded...the problem is i haven't the device...tell me if you have success. After you can try also with the touch recovery. When you have done, upload the recovery to a hosting site and send me the link, and i will add to the first post (with credits) thank you.

    Rename in recovery.img and try again, tested from another user and it work.

    If you want the latest recovery v6 with touch, simply download the touch version and install it with the same process...thank you too :)

    Great news, i've made the Carliv Touch Recovery, is a CWM touch based version 6.0.4.0. Testing now.

    I've made cwm for so much MTK devices with this metod, and it worked also for the Hongmi :)

    Is possibile if you send me the boot.img for the wcdma version, but i can't test it so the result is at your risk.

    No source code because i've done with the metod "for dummies" with MTK droid tools :) The recovery is fully working, i've flashed the latest Miui and wiped data cache dalvik ecc..more test coming with the next weekly build..for now its ok
