It should just be a matter of copying to your SDCARD then go into file manager and click it. If that doesn't work you can always just push it to /data/app/ and then reboot.

Rebooting won't do any good. I had to change the top-bar from an image to a layout so the colour could be changed. Doing that broke the charging animation and I'm too lazy to fix it.. :o

Rather than waiting for next week you could try v4?? :o There are a shed load of layout changes with this mod so it's difficult to get things 100% perfect. I'll keep trying to correct issues as they come up though, so hopefully it'll get better over time.. Andy
