I can confirm this happening to me as well, only several reboots fix it for me, but not always

Is anyone else experiencing sound/microphone issues on the latest ROM? YouTube gets very laggy, no sound and no mic, reboot sometimes helps but not always. Had viper4android and FDE.AI installed but uninstallation with dirty flash didn't help. Could this be a bug?

Do not try the mod suggested by Adrien, it is only for the Mi9 and they have different GPU Kernel Drivers, try my link but first check supported MIUI ROM Versions first.

K20 Pro 75Hz Mod XDA Mod for the K20 Pro. As of now, there is only a 75Hz version for the best compromise as well as certain ROM version limitations (latest EU Rom not working, tested it).

Is anyone else experiencing no sound issues on the K20 Pro? Need to restart a lot of times for it to work sometimes. Headphones gets recognized, when I unplug, it doesn't disappear. Also mic doesn't seem to work when phoning.
