TV Mi Smart P1 43" LED 4K (l43m6-6aeu)- HDMI connection lost since last firmware update

I have the same TV and the same problem since the update to version 11. I have contact them and all I've been told is to send the TV to the technical service. Has anyone manage to solve it yet?
