    Here the problem was solved. You need search the two app with the name "download " but I think the name is change with the language, for example, here my system work in Portuguese, so the apps name is "transferência". You need clean the data for both apps.

    Maybe the CPU clock is set with high value for the minimum operation. I don't know why this ROM set it with a hight value! Here I use the kernel adiutor app to change it.

    Using the last version, 9.10.17, After restart BT works until you switch off, than you have to restart again. .... So don't switch off :) MI 9SE
