    If you have 2 Mi Max2, you'll notice. I got 7.11.2 on the other one and 7.11.6 on the other one with both limitless theme default. I run the same game and 7.11.6 drains faster, not significant but it drains faster. I don't use Xiaomi services so I uninstalled them all, mi cloud, mi msg, mi etc...

    This version is working great for Mi Max 2 except that it heats up. Unlike 7.11.2, never experience heat nor slight battery drain. Will check observe a bit more and see if I need to roll back again to 7.11.2 like I did from 7.11.9. Thanks.

    So the slight battery drain on my Mi Max 2 became noticeable and I have decided to roll back to 7.11.2 and that fixed the problem.

    Try removing all paired Bluetooth devices and also go to language & input settings and remove any input that you think is capable of overriding keyboard or gamepad keyboard or virtual keyboard. My problem is the slight increase in battery drain..aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh

    Any Mi Max 2 user here experiencing a slight increase in battery drain? It is not that noticeable but since I only play 1 game and don't use any app except FB and messenger and mostly just play games, I noticed it when the phone was on idle.The last version was awesome, though. Thanks.

    I Install it after booting up. Depends on when you want to. I usually flash the rom first, set it up, root, xposed.

    I am not sure about the sd card cuz' it is working fine for me. The fingerprint works too but for the first time after reboot, you need to enter your security pin (in my case) for the first time then moving forward, use the fingerprint.

    I love this on my Mi Max 2 but I don't think I'll flash it on my RN2p because of xposed issue and xmiui compatibility. Until xmiui is updated and finalized, I'll stick with miui8 stable. :)

    Nope. There's no fix to that. That is why Xiaomi dropped their update with RN2. It is a hardware issue I guess. So, take my advice, never buy a "REDMI" product.
