Any solution from Xiaomi EU? Since 13.0.9 55w wireless charge not work. How to Rollback to 13.0.8?

Did anybody install 13.0.8 back, so wireless charge is working? Xiaomi seems doesn't care this issue.

My M11 55w wireless charge worked at 13.0.8. Since upgraded to 13.0.9, wireless charge not work anymore. The phone keeps turn on/off when on 55w wireless charger. I believe it was destroyed by Xiaomi. No. disable wireless doesn't help.

This happens Since upgraded to 12.5.10, you can't click them from recent apps, not always same apps. Seems those are killed apps by miui?
