LOL... I can't help you with that!

    MIUI 11.1 9.10.31

Sorry, I always use the latest weekly. However, AFAIK, "stable" is just a cut from some arbitrary "weekly". I really don't see the difference. Personally, I'd just do it, after taking a TWRP backup first. What have you got to lose? Note that I use the recommended TWRP for the RN7P from XDA...

    MIUI 11.1 9.10.31

Yes, dirty flash as always using "Peter's" TWRP from XDA, no issue on my R7NP. Just remember to wipe both caches before flashing the ROM. Also, ROM update download is now working properly. First time on my R7NP for MIUI 11. Although I still have to re-flash Magisk 20 each time I update.

    MIUI 11.1 9.10.17

I'm not sure what you mean by "latest TWRP" as there are several variants. The one that works best for me is "Peters" 3.3.1.6 from XDA. Dirty flash is fine, but you should still wipe both caches first.

Good point !!! Very easy to forget to do that!

What version of TWRP and did you wipe both caches prior to the flash?

Magisk v20.0 I presume? If so, then I'd recommend posting on the Magisk forum as you are far more likely to find a solution there. It is unlikely to be a ROM issue, IMHO.

Make sure Magisk Hide is configured correctly. Also consider hiding the Magisk Manager app itself. There is plenty of info on the Magisk Web site.

    SafetyPatch module should fix this.

    New ROM Updater Not Updating!

Hah... Too late as I've already updated via TWRP instead. This has overwritten the log file... Sorry!

    New ROM Updater Not Updating!

It's great that the Updater tells me about a new beta ROM and also displays the release notes. However, what is not so great is that the big green update button does nothing except tell me that my ROM is up to date... when it is not! Please fix this. RN7P

Invalid MIUI 11 9.10.10 5GHz WiFi Channel Bug (RN7P UK)

Yep, no issue with that, although ideally it would be set according to user region. I guess that Google have not got round to that yet. However, I'm far more interested in the WiFi VHT80 channel issue. Any news on that?

Invalid MIUI 11 9.10.10 5GHz WiFi Channel Bug (RN7P UK)

5GHz WiFi is still an issue in 9.10.10. GPS.CONF looks a lot better now. Not perfect for UK, but at least it is pointing to EU NTP servers For anyone still wanting to edit this, you may need to do this in a temporary location and then copy it into /vendor/etc using the TWRP file manager.

    Less capacity of 128 Gb

Works out at 9.4% overhead for formatting. 7% is more typical in the Windows world, but things may be different for Android. System is showing as 3.64Gb (total) on my device, which would mean that the actual overhead of System + Data is 7.36Gb, or 5.75% of the 128Gb. Sounds about right to me!

    MIUI 11.1 9.9.26/27 v2 - MIUI 11

Magisk Beta 19.4 seems to be rock solid for me with MIUI 11 on RN7P.

    Known Issues (Weekly ROM)

Not exactly sure how to report bugs in this forum, however, I have logged a couple of UK related ones for the RN7P here: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-11-9-9-26-5ghz-wifi-channel-bug-rn7p-uk.52589/

Invalid MIUI 11 9.10.10 5GHz WiFi Channel Bug (RN7P UK)

I am running 9.10.10 on a Redmi Note 7 Pro, in the UK. In my house, I have three routers, two configured as APs, all running DD-WRT. Each router delivers both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi, using different channels for 2.4GHz and different WT80 channel blocks for 5GHz. Each band has a different SSID...

    GPS Problems

It just seems to be the NTP server settings that need to be changed. The default .\system\vendor\etc\gps.conf in this ROM points to a Chinese NTP server. This is very easy to change to another NTP server more suitable to your region, using a root capable editor like FX. I set mine to...
