It's strange, because i have also a Pocophone with bootloader unlocked, Franco kernel and Magisk and Widevine is still L1. So there is problem in some way.

Flashed last miui.eu 9.5.23 on my MI 9 SE EEA and Magisk, but why now Widevine is no more L1 but L3? What i can do to have again Widevine L1 ?

But in new uploaded roms the German bug has been fixed i think, so why he still needs to change language to english
