It has some bugs.
3rd party widgets will disappear after reboot. Also I had some problems with removing apps from Autostart Permissions.
Had to revert back to 8.2 stable. :-(
Android 7 performance is very good compared to 6. But I can't stand the bugs.
You are technically right, but most simple (non-scientific) hardware calculator use this "wrong" method for percent calculations. Scientific calculators use the method mentioned by you.

I've already tried editing build.prop values on my Mi Max Pro with no...
I tried everything from resetting to factory settings to reflashing, but to no avail.
Just reverted to the latest stable, and now my phone is as cool as ice! Battery drain and high temperature are gone. So much for Nougat

Everything looks fine but camera still crashes in low light conditions while flash is off.
You can use manual mode and keep all sub-settings to Auto. It won't crash.
I started using *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* and it's working fine.
Tried it just now: HDR is off, Flash is Off, Room light is bright, Camera working fine.
But if I dim the room light (or block the lens with my hand), it crashes again.
I have the same problem on Mi Max Pro 7.2.9, getting the "can't connect to camera" error message.
Here are different conditions:
When Flash is off AND ambient light is low: crash.
When Flash is off AND ambient light is enough: it's OK.
When HDR is on, whether light is dim or bright: crash.
