Has the problem of downloading themes from the themes app been fixed for mix 4 in this release??

Well this is the third beta in a row I have a problem downloading anything from the themes app on my mix 4. I always get error : can't download 30004.I don't know if it's my problem only or it's a common problem with the update. I tried even clean install with every installation.

Can you download anything from the themes app ? fonts , themes . wallpapers..etc?

I was on 11.10 build on mix 4. Whenever I try to download any theme from the themes app, the progress bar goes to up to 100% then gives an error "couldn't download". I installed 11.11 build while keeping data ( not using the first time bat file) but still get the same error. Any way to fix this ?

the changelog shows that Mix 4 has android 12 ROM however, there is no ROM uploaded for mix 4 on both hosts. Is it cancelled or still being uploaded?
