Coming from you earlier version wiped cache and dalvik cache. After update the messages app does not start. Should I make a full wipe again?

I have data package only on SIM1 and is working.

Installed v13 on top of the v5 (stable multilang) with only wipe cache and wipe dalvik. Everything works, as it should without any above problems.

In WSM tools, under setting which module processing has to be enabled? Only xposed, only WSM or both? Just for sure not to became conflicts or bootlop with the enabled modules. So far I heard that Xposed and Gravitybox are not compatible with MIUI and I should use only WSM tools + its modules.

First of all do not panic. Secondly try to boot into recovery mode and make a wipe data, factory reset from there. Sometimes it helps. When nothing changes, try flashing a stock rom with SP flashtool. You will find it here in the forum. It helped me as well already once.

I managed to flash twrp this way: extracted twrp zip and flashed the img file with mobile uncle tools. Not worked for flashing roms, but I could enter in recovery with button combo and mobile uncle as well and flash twrp zip. After that I have full working twrp recovery Tapatalked from a Xiaomi...

Thanks for the OP. It took my Hongmi again alive. The only difference was, that during flashing with SP I did not have to put in the battery into the phone.
