MIUI 13 MIUI 13 STABLE RELEASE
When "scrolling" for the home screen wallpaper is turned on it doesn't actually scroll. At least not as it did before. It scrolls only to a maximum of 10% of the screens width. Under MIUI 12/12.5 it would scroll the entire screen's width should the selected image allow it. Is that "a thing" now...
