Sadly I can just confirm the same issue. I have tried google search and it gives me a message that the device doesn't support that.

That is a normal usage, don't worry about it. Everything works fine with your phone.

It is rom problem, I've had same issue until 2 days ago. backup > boot to recovery > delete all data > reboot to latest system ... mine is 4.5.30 now and finally works with no issues. I don't believe that 4.6.13 will cause same issues, it looks to me that wipe cache script fails to do it on some...

I am using skype all the time and it works perfect. Speaker is fine but I usually use it like a normal phone when talking on skype. If your question is about the speaker loudness etc , it works good.

I've had this problem. What I did was >backup your apps with stock miui backup > boot to recovery > delete all data > reboot to latest system > recover.
